Director
Christopher Maina is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with seventeen years of experience in the profession. Mr. Maina has previously been engaged in civil society, private practice and has served in various ranks and assignments in the Public Service in the Republic of Kenya at the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice as well as the Ministry of industry, Trade & Cooperatives.
Mr. Maina is the alternate Director for the Principal Secretary in the State Department of Broadcasting and Telecommunications. He is currently a Deputy Chief State Counsel heading the Legal Unit at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy with a proven track record in policy and law reform, litigation negotiation of regional and bilateral public sector instruments.
