The Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) is established under Section 3 of the Copyright Act, CAP 130 of the Laws of Kenya. To overcome the challenges posed by the dynamic nature of the operating environment, and having reviewed its performance under the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, the Board realized the need to develop a new Strategic Plan that will guide its operations for the period 2023-2028.
